All Voicelings merchandise is produced and fulfilled by Printful, Inc., a third-party print-on-demand service provider. Voicelings does not manufacture, store, ship, or service merchandise orders.
Final Sale Policy
All merchandise is custom made to order. All sales are final.
No returns, refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations are permitted for any reason, including but not limited to sizing issues, color variation, delays, or buyer’s remorse.
Defects and Order Errors
In the event of a manufacturing defect, damage in transit, or fulfillment error, the purchaser’s sole remedy is through Printful’s resolution process, subject to Printful’s terms, policies, and deadlines. Voicelings does not guarantee replacement or refund of merchandise orders.
Customer Support and Liability
All inquiries related to merchandise—including pre-purchase questions, payment issues, shipping, tracking, fulfillment timelines, defects, or replacements—must be directed exclusively to Printful. Voicelings assumes no responsibility or liability for merchandise fulfillment, delivery, or quality.
Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your purchase is final and non-refundable
- Printful is solely responsible for production and fulfillment
- Voicelings is not liable for merchandise-related claims
